News 12 Brooklyn: Masbia soup kitchen, volunteers prepare meals for Passover

BROOKLYN – A local soup kitchen is doing its part to give Jewish families a holiday meal for Passover.
Volunteers are joining forces with Masbia soup kitchen to serve kosher meals for Passover to low-income Jewish families throughout the city.
The pop-up warehouse in Borough Park will be providing meals to over 3,000 families and 11,000 individuals.
The location is one of four throughout the city where families can pick up meals.
This year, Passover begins in the evening on April 14 and lasts for just over a week.
